  • Return Policy

    1. Product exchange conditions

      Exchange within 7 days (from the date the customer receives the product) with the following conditions:

    • Manufacturer's technical fault;
    • Products with original tags, packaging, labels and unused;
    • Product is new, not dirty, scratched;
    • The voucher is intact and has not been altered or erased;
    • The product has not been affected by washing or bleaching;
    • Sakos delivered the wrong product, specifications, color according to the order;
    • Customer changes to product with same or higher price than purchased product. In case of changing to a product of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.

    2. Steps to exchange products

    Step 1: Customers bring products directly to the nearest Sakos store or contact hotline 0941 349 955< strong> for product exchange instructions.

    Step 2: Sakos receives the product and makes an exchange.

    3. Time the customer receives the product back

    Within 7-15 days from the time Sakos receives the goods.

    Return method: Sakos only applies the return method if the product is defective. Please consider carefully before purchasing.

    4. Cases in which goods cannot be exchanged

    • Used product;
    • Product is not in its original condition;
    • Product is not defective from the manufacturer;
    • Products included in the promotion are not eligible for exchange/return;

  • Warranty Policy

    In order to improve the quality of after-sales service and protect the interests of customers when using products, Sakos Corporation would like to inform you of the warranty policy for SAKOS and SAKOS product lines. STARGO as follows:

    Warranty period

     For special product lines, Sakos will have its own warranty policy.

    Warranty defect

    • Sakos only warrants free of charge against manufacturer defects. In case of improper use or damage during transportation, Sakos will waive the fee for replacement parts only.
    • In some cases where the product code is discontinued, the accessories are no longer available, Sakos will replace the accessories equivalent to the original accessories but still ensure the quality.
    • For defects not covered by warranty or expired warranty, Sakos will repair charges and notify customers before proceeding.

    Note: No warranty for intentional user errors.

    No warranty or chargeable warranty

    • Cloth (canvas suitcase, backpack, bag, briefcase)
    • Inner lining of backpacks, suitcases, bags, briefcases.
    • Product has been modified, changed from the original without Sakos.
    • Products due to accidental damage, natural disasters: cut or torn, fire, explosion…
    • No warranty for defects in improper use or direct contact with chemicals or acids harmful to the product.
    • No warranty when the product is scratched, torn during transportation without a manufacturing defect.

    Warranty Process

    • Step 1: Customers bring the product to the nearest Sakos shop or send it to Sakos Service Center 343/24-26 Su Van Hanh, Ward 12, District 10, City. HCM or 397 An Duong Vuong, Ward 10, District 6, HCMC for warranty/repair support. Customers can also directly contact hotline 0941,349,955 to request for products to be picked up at home (only applicable to products of Sakos JSC and in the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City).

    • (Inner city of HCMC: District 1, District 2, District 3, District 4, District 5, District 6, District 7, District 8, District 10, District 11, Binh Thanh District, Go Vap, Phu Nhuan, Tan Binh, Tan Phu).

    • Step 2: Sakos receives warranty products, checks for errors and quotes accessories if the product has expired or is not within the warranty period.
    • Step 3: After the warranty is complete, Sakos informs the customer when and where to return the warranty product.

    Warranty period

    • Repair without replacing accessories: up to 3 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
    • Replace accessories: up to 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product.

    Step 2: Add products to cart

    After choosing a product, you can choose a form of purchase:

    1. Buy online at website
    2. Buy in Store: Displays quantity and available address. By checking this, you can go directly to the store in stock to purchase.
    3. Select the purchase quantity by pressing the plus (+) or minus (-) button.
    4. Click “Add to Cart” to add products to cart and continue shopping.

    Step 3: Payment

    After successfully adding the product to the cart, go to the checkout. Here you can double check the selected product, price, quantity.

    1. If you want to shop more, click “Continue shopping”.
    2. If you want to pay with the selected products, enter the “Promo Code” (if any) and shipping information.
    3. On the “Payment Information” page, please select the desired payment method and fill in the information.


    After completing all the ordering steps, the system will send you order information including order code, product name, order value to the registered email address.
