1. Product exchange conditions
Exchange within 7 days (from the date the customer receives the product) with the following conditions:
- Manufacturer's technical fault;
- Products with original tags, packaging, labels and unused;
- Product is new, not dirty, scratched;
- The voucher is intact and has not been altered or erased;
- The product has not been affected by washing or bleaching;
- Sakos delivered the wrong product, specifications, color according to the order;
- Customer changes to product with same or higher price than purchased product. In case of changing to a product of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.
2. Steps to exchange products
Step 1: Customers bring products directly to the nearest Sakos store or contact hotline 0941 349 955< strong> for product exchange instructions.
Step 2: Sakos receives the product and makes an exchange.
3. Time the customer receives the product back
Within 7-15 days from the time Sakos receives the goods.
Return method: Sakos only applies the return method if the product is defective. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
4. Cases in which goods cannot be exchanged
- Used product;
- Product is not in its original condition;
- Product is not defective from the manufacturer;
- Products included in the promotion are not eligible for exchange/return;
